Terms of Service
1. Service Agreement
By engaging Timo Towing and Transportation LLC ("TimoTow") for towing, recovery, or transport services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all emergency dispatches and non-contracted commercial jobs. Fleet SLA partners should refer to their individual Master Service Agreements.
2. Operational Authority
During any recovery operation, the TimoTow incident commander or lead operator has absolute authority over the recovery site. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe for our personnel or equipment.
3. Liability & Property
While TimoTow employs the highest standards of safety and care, we are not liable for incidental damage that occurs as a direct result of necessary extraction techniques in complex recovery scenarios.
4. Payment Terms
For non-SLA partners, payment is required upon completion of service or delivery of the asset. We accept all major commercial fleet cards, corporate credit cards, and approved company checks.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Program
By submitting your phone number via our website or over the phone, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Timo Towing and Transportation LLC.
- Program Description: Messages may include service updates, dispatch notifications, ETA updates, and responses to your inquiries.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service requests and inquiries.
- Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your "STOP" message, we will send one final confirmation message and then cease SMS communications.
