Terms of Service

Welcome to www.timotow.com. By using our towing, roadside assistance, transportation, or recovery services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Timo Towing and Transportation LLC.

1. Services

Timo Towing and Transportation LLC provides services including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle towing
  • Flatbed transportation
  • Roadside assistance
  • Jump starts
  • Tire changes
  • Lockout assistance
  • Fuel delivery
  • Vehicle recovery and winch-out services

2. Service Authorization

By requesting service, the customer confirms that:

  • They are the vehicle owner or authorized representative.
  • The vehicle may legally be transported.
  • The information provided is accurate.

The customer authorizes Timo Towing and Transportation LLC to move, tow, transport, or recover the vehicle as requested.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Additional fees may apply for after-hours service, storage, mileage beyond included distance, recovery situations, waiting time, and difficult access locations.

4. Estimated Arrival Times

Estimated arrival times (ETA) are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road conditions, emergency calls, or equipment availability.

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability

Customers must disclose any known vehicle issues including brake problems, transmission damage, suspension issues, locked steering, or EV conditions. Timo Towing and Transportation LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, personal belongings left in the vehicle, or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles left unpaid or unclaimed may be subject to storage fees and applicable Georgia state laws regarding abandoned vehicles.

7. Cancellations

Service cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee if the driver has already been dispatched or arrived on location.

8. Prohibited Use

Customers may not use our services for illegal transportation, fraudulent insurance claims, transporting stolen vehicles, or unsafe/hazardous situations not disclosed in advance.

9. Website Use

All website content is provided for informational purposes only. Unauthorized copying or misuse of website content is prohibited.

10. Privacy

Customer information may be used for service communication, dispatching, billing, and legal compliance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timo Towing and Transportation LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
